Every individual has a mission for the financial year. Your mission aligns to your leader's and peers' missions. The mission consists of a stated aim (what you're doing and why), a set of Measures of Success and a list of tasks or initiatives that you will undertake to achieve the Measures of Success, and therefore the mission.
Build your mission via the web app. Track your mission, and review and comment on your colleagues' missions, via the mobile app.
